CONFIRMATION PROCESS

• Registration fee must be transferred under the name of the PARTICIPANT
• The participants are responsible of the additional fees that occur during remittance.
• Receipt of remittance must be sent to the e-mail asiahaptics2024_info@sunway.edu.my  for confirmation

REFUND  FOR CANCELLATION SCHEDULE

• 30% of the paid registration fee is refunded for the cancellations made before September 30th, 2024
• All refunds will be made after the conference. For refunds executed with bank transfer, handling fees will be deducted from the returned amount.
