      Remove dead cells from scRNA-seq libraries

    - Isolate very rare single cells

      Select & isolate only cells of interest

    - Clone best expressers

       Enhance clonal recovery & expression levels

** Stain samples before session if sorting by fluorescence (as in Flow Cytometry)
